With over 12 years experience attending Meeting & Incentives groups, Yarka is known for her effective coordination, innovative approach, excellent suppliers relationships and comprehensive responses to ensure the best service before, during and after the Incentive Trip.

Managing groups from 20 to 250 guests, she is passionate about providing a top service and taking care of all the details so you are confident about the success of the Incentive Trip.

Francisco’s dedication lead him to work in several fields of the Tourism industry: in an Inbound Division, an Outbound Tour Operator and a Travel Agency, from preparing marketing material, controlling a Charter operation, preparing sales reports, writing a business proposal, or its favorite activity: assisting Incentives and Cruises guests; to finally follow his dreams and forming Chile Escape.

He loves to assist people, helping them to find the best restaurant, recommending which hotel you must visit, or finding out what’s the latest trend. An amateur pianist, fan of French movies and a Valparaiso lover, Francisco loves to escape to his hometown, Viña del Mar, and watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean.

Carlos is an Economist, who started working on engineer consulting and the stock market. The entrepreneurship runs in his veins, and he is always thinking on new ideas and how to lead a team to make them success.
Sooner than later he realized that he wanted to transform his passion for traveling into his work. The first step was joining a Travel Company, the biggest in Chile, to start getting experience. Later, he met the best crew of the travel industry, and now he is with them fully devoted on giving to the tourist the best travel experience in Chile.

You could describe Carlos as an enthusiastic traveller, technology geek, ketchup addict and great at working with people.

Silvia has been working for more than 18 years in tourism business: Airlines, Incoming and Outgoing, Wine Routes, Groups and Incentives, and International projects. Her labor promoting Chile and LatinAmerica in the most important Tourism Fairs, has allowed her to travel all around the world. Born in Patagonia, Silvia carries the tourism in her veins and knows Chile perfectly.

You could describe Silvia as a traveler and sporty woman. She used to practice voleyball and now she is an absolute Yoga fan. She loves nature, horseback riding, cooking and watching movies, however her biggest dream came true the day she was credited as a private pilot!

The vast experience of Fabio at a major airline company, a cruise line and a travel agency, developing their web businesses, has convinced him, that despite being a technology fan, what truly matters finally, is the human touch. A travel experience has no sense without social commitment or environmental awareness. With all his knowledge and experience, he is the fourth musketeer of Chile Escape, defining the guidelines to provide the best service to our guests.

Fabio is all about innovation and getting the latest electronic device, fan of Italian food and above all, spending his spare time playing with his children.
