Good news, a few days ago and after a year of work, the remodelling of the Plaza de Armas of Santiago de Chile is completed. This remodeling involves significant changes in its structure, including free Wi-Fi for tourists and visitors, new LED lights, new benches, signs for tourists, etc.
These changes are without doubt a major improvement for one of the most characteristic spots of the historic centre of Santiago, which is surrounded by some of the oldest buildings in the city, such as the municipality that dates from 1785, the post office built in 1882 and the Metropolitan Cathedral built in 1745.
If they are going to visit Santiago can not lose this piece of the history of Chile and enjoy the surroundings.
