Puerto Montt Airport is 15 min away from Puerto Varas, and there are about 9 daily flights from Santiago (1:40 hrs flight). Also there are flighs from Punta Arenas to Puerto Montt, about 5 per day and it lasts around 2:00 hrs.

Petrohué Falls are located inside the Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park, in the upper reach of Petrohué River. It is a chute-type waterfall and runs over basaltic lava, that came from Osorno Volcano. Close to Petrohué Falls, there is Todos Los Santos Lake, surrounded by Valdivian temperate rain forests. Through the navigations, 3 volcanos are spotted: Osorno, Puntiagudo and Tronador.

CLIMATE
he Lake District is characterized by a rainy temperate climate, causing the presence of luxuriant native forests, which are protected in many national parks. Although there is no dry season, during summer rainfalls diminish and temperatures are very pleasant.
During summer (December-February), temperatures can rise up to 30°C (86°F) and can go below as 8°C (46°F). During winter (June-July), temperatures varies from a minimum of some below 0°C (32°F) and up to and 8°C (46°F). Windchill factor must be considered, specially during winter.

Located a few steps from the main building, Club del Lago is a modular space inspired by the architecture of the old country houses and with an sustainable approach.
Club del Lago was built using recycled wood from old barns. In addition, it uses aerothermy (clean energy) for heating and hot water and it also uses passive ventilation, renovating the air 3 times a day and avoiding the use of engines and without opening windows.
It features 32 cozy rooms all with stunning views (16 superior and 16 suites) that can be converted into 16 family apartments of 85 m2 for 6 people, fully equipped with a living room and sofa bed, kitchenette, wifi and Cable tv.
